Ferrari 250GT/LM at Sandown Park, 1965.  Driven by Spencer Martin.  Chassis number 6321.

Acrylic on stretched canvas.  Size 1200mm x 750mm.  SOLD.


Imported from Maranello by David McKay and raced  as part of his Scuderia Veloce team.  One of 32 hand-made competition cars built in 1964 for the Le Mans 24 Hours.  This car was raced with great success by the Scuderia Veloce team in Australia and New Zealand for four years, 1965-1968.  It was driven by many talented drivers including three-time World Champion Jackie Stewart in the 1966 Surfers Paradise 12 Hour race.  The car is now part of the famous Ralph Lauren Car Collection.
