"Maiden Mustang Victory" - 2nd March 2019.

Scott McLaughlin claims the first win for the Ford Mustang in its first-ever race, at the 2019 Adelaide 500.

McLaughlin, having qualified on the second row, stormed through on the opening lap and held on to claim the maiden victory for DJR Team Penke's new Mustang Supercar in the car's very first appearance.

Tribute poster art using my original painting, "The Championship", of the 2018 Newcastle 500 championship decider.

Dr. Ryan Story, Managing Director, co-owner and co-founder of DJR Team Penske (and art patron) presents Scott McLaughlin with a canvas print of my painting to celebrate his 2018 Supercars Drivers Championship.  They are standing alongside the championship-winning Ford Falcon FGX.

"The Championship".

Scott McLaughlin claims his maiden Supercars Drivers Championship at the 2018 Newcastle 500.

It is also the first Drivers Championship for DJR Team Penske, after winning the Constructors Championship in 2017.

The image depicts McLaughlin and his championship rival Shane van Gisbergen in the shadows of Newcastle landmark Fort Scratchley.
